PREPARE

  • What to wear: form-fitting clothing, sleeves recommended for first-timers 

  • What to bring: water bottle

  • What not to wear: jewelries

ARRIVAL

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to sign waiver and get ready for the class.

SET UP

  • Select the right hammock for your height: spread the hammock hip-width apart and it is in line with the top of your hip bones.

  • Set up the mat directly under the hammock rig.

THE CLASS

  • Class size is limited to 7 students to make sure each one of you get all the attention and care that you need.

  • The class incorporates full body strengthening and a deep stretch with the use of the hammock. First half of the class is a combination of core, cardio and stretching. Second half is the fun part of supported inversion and you will learn a variety of playful tricks. You will end class with in-hammock stretch and savasana.

  • If this is your first class, you might feel a little defeated and sore for a couple of days. Understand that your first class is going to challenge you, but after your second and third classes, you will get the hang of it and that’s when the fun begins.

  • Class cancelations must occur at least 24 hours before the scheduled class, or else you will be subject to late class cancelation penalties.
